General Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/h1>\r\n

Here you will find the terms and conditions of Shine Bright Aneta. These terms and conditions apply to all our offers, agreements, and provided services.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n

Article 1. Definitions<\/h2>\r\n

In these terms and conditions, the following are understood to mean:
\r\n Service provider<\/strong> Shine Bright Aneta, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 93672152.
\r\n Client<\/strong> The natural person or legal entity that enters into a contract with Shine Bright Aneta.
\r\n Agreement<\/strong> The agreement between the Service Provider and the Client for the performance of cleaning services.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 2. Applicability<\/h2>\r\n

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, work, and agreements between Shine Bright Aneta and its clients. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 3. Offers and Agreement<\/h2>\r\n

All quotations from Shine Bright Aneta are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is reached at the moment the client accepts the quotation in writing or verbally and Shine Bright Aneta confirms the assignment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 4. Performance of the Work<\/h2>\r\n

Shine Bright Aneta undertakes to perform the work to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship. The client ensures that the service provider has access to the location and that necessary facilities (such as water and electricity) are made available free of charge.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 5. Payment and Fees<\/h2>\r\n

Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made within 14 days of the invoice date. All rates are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise for private customers. In case of exceeding the payment term, the client is legally in default and Shine Bright Aneta may charge statutory interest and collection costs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 6. Cancellation<\/h2>\r\n

In case of cancellation of an appointment by the client within 24 hours prior to the start of the services, Shine Bright Aneta reserves the right to charge 50% of the agreed-upon rate. In case of cancellation on the same day, the full amount may be charged.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 7. Liability<\/h2>\r\n

Shine Bright Aneta is insured for business liability. Liability is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer in the relevant case. Damage must be reported in writing to Shine Bright Aneta within 48 hours of the work being performed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 8. Complaints<\/h2>\r\n

Complaints regarding the performed work must be reported in writing or by e-mail within 48 hours of completion at the latest. Shine Bright Aneta will investigate the complaint and, if well-founded, re-perform the work free of charge or offer a suitable solution.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Article 9. Applicable Law<\/h2>\r\n

All agreements between the client and Shine Bright Aneta are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Shine Bright Aneta is established.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
